Beyonce’ has had everyone wondering how she had lost all the weight after giving birth. She just keeps on getting sexier and fitter these past few months. How does she do it?
The singer/producer/song writer explained that she took the 22 Day Vegan Challenge where she pledged to NOT eat meat. She also mentioned that it was her ticket to getting off all the excess weight fast. Well, she succeeded; however, she admitted that she still eats meat but that she’s making healthier choices and try to balance things to keep the weight off.
